If you wish to cancel your pass, you must contact Northway Car Wash via email at info@northwaycarwash.com. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. If cancellation notification is not received within this time frame, you will be charged for that month. We will not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
All Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes are for a single vehicle only and are registered to the vehicle, not the customer. Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes may not be combined with any other discount or offer. Gift card balances cannot be applied to existing passes. Passes can be transferred to new vehicles with the help of a Northway Car Wash employee.
Northway Car Wash reserves the right to change or cancel our Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes at any time. We also reserve the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance or other issues.
Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes are applied to the interior windshield and must be applied by a Northway Car Wash employee. If a customer is caught tampering with an Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass, the customer’s pass will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Damaged tags should be reported immediately to a Northway Car Wash employee or email info@northwaycarwash.com.
